WARROAD, Minn., Jan. 13, 2011 – Grilles-between-the-glass just got more customizable. Now homeowners can mix and match dozens of color combinations for this popular design feature on all products from Marvin Windows and Doors.

Marvin now offers 13 exterior and four interior grille colors, available on all of the company’s industry-leading wood and aluminum clad wood windows and doors.

“With these new color options, Marvin really lives up to its ‘Built Around You’ promise,” said Bill Boyd, Product Planner for Marvin Windows and Doors. “Now customers can get a grille color that matches the exterior cladding of their windows and doors – or specify a different color to create a contrasting effect.”

Grilles-between-the-glass are a popular feature that offer the look of divided lites, but with a smooth glass surface for easy cleaning. They’re a great way to add design flexibility and customize any window – such as Marvin’s innovative Ultimate Casement line. Grilles-between-the-glass also meet homeowners’ desire for products that offer superior performance coupled with easy maintenance.

  • Closed hub only in available 2” radius
  • NFRC data available

Note: Exterior color is designed to best match Marvin clad colors when used with LoDz-272® glass. The use of different glazing options may alter the exterior GBG color appearance.
